and 15 mins in the afternoon

i'd say about 3000 calories. I'm glad you actually care. We need more ppl like you in the world.

Hello,

I calculate your BMR to be around 1639 calories per day (see calculator link below). Add in your calories from exercising and you should be eating around 2000 calories a day to maintain your weight. These calcualtors are not exact...but they're pretty close. Hope that helped.

Well it depends on your metabolism, but around 2000 - 2500
