Breakfast: Raisen Bran
Lunch: it varies sometime i'll have soup, or maybe a turkey sandwich, or i'll have leftovers from dinner, or maybe another bowl of raisen bran, or i'll just have a banana apple and strawberries cut up.
Dinner: depends on what my mom makes but it normally contain meat vegetables and mashed potatoes(yummy!)
then snack around the day: cheez itz or maybe some chocolate!

For breakfast I have meusli and a banana with low fat milk.
At 10am I have a protein shake with low fat milk and an apple
At lunch I have either chicken, beef or tuna with salad
At 3pm I have a protein shake and another piece of fruit or a yoghurt
For dinner I have either chicken, beef or fish with steamed veggies and rice

most time i eat normal day
breakfast most time with tea and bread toast
lunch time at skool but i bring my own lunch like grape chip (something), drink, sandwich (something) and candy (something) if on friday then i eat Pizzza
dinner time ofc i eat india food most time with lot vegatable etc that my normal day
i don't eat lot junk food to me SOMETHING

Meal 1: 1.5 slice of wholegrain bread with 1 egg plus egg white.
0.5 cup of oatmeal with cup of milk.
Meal 2: 1 slice of wholegrain bread with natural peanut butter
2 bowl of congee with meat
Meal 3: Rice with meat and veggies
Meal 4: 1 slice of wholegrain bread with natural peanut butter
Vermicelli with meat and veggies
Meal 5 (Dinner): rice with meat+veggies
soup
Meal 6: 1 cup of oatmeal and 1.5 cup of mik

Usually, I don't eat anything.
But if I did, I would eat:
Breakfast: Cereal with milk
Lunch: Baked potato, with cheese and brocolli
Snack: A fruit or a vegtable (Once every two weeks a snack, candy, cake, or a cookie)
Dinner: Different everyn night- Like, one night, pasta, the next, salad, the next, pizza, .....
(I'm a vegitarrean)

6:00 am- Kashi cereal w/ almonds and skim milk
1:35 pm- Turkey sandwich on stone ground wheat, red grapes, 4 fig newtons
3:00 pm- banana
6:00 pm- two taco bell beef soft tacos
8:00 pm- 1 cup of orange sherbert
I only drink water with my meals
