There could be many reasons for that, another girl could have come into the picture, the guy could have real commitment issues, or he might be secretly gay, who knows.. the only thing you can do is build up enough confidence to realize that if guys keep telling you things they don't mean its not your fault and they are the ones missing out on something wonderful..

It's a hell of a lot better than a girl lusting after a guy but remaining completely aloof, hoping that the guy will SOMEHOW notice how hot the girl is for him.
Women lose interest just as quickly/often as men do. It's called humanity.

If your name has anything to do with your age then you might as well get used to it because most guys change girls like their sox during their teen years. Just have fun, don't get too serious and you'll be just fine.
