No, you can't be allergic to it. It is still a toxin, however.

Arsenic is a poison, you can die from it. But some people are more sensitive to it and would react to trace amounts. It is possible to have subclinical arsenic poisoning from smaller doses; you would be kind of chronically sick, but you wouldn't think you were poisoned.
It is not something you can be allergic to, as it is not a protein.

I'm a nurse. Every human is, it will kill some people faster that's all. However any allergic reaction is when a person has an itchy throat, swelling in the throat, and body, shortness of breath, along with hives and/or a rash. This will turn fatal if not treated right away. Take car and I hope this answers your question.

I would get it checked

I think someone tried to poison us with some food at a
BBQ because everyone got sick with headache itchy throat, hives , breathing problems and it was not food poison.
