It would really depend on the time span that he consumed them if he started at 4 and had his last one at midnight then well over that amount of time he may still be coherent but over the limit and actually is against the law at that age almost around the world. This person has a problem or was making a bet in any case if your not legal age you shouldn't be drinking.

i am 18 weigh about 130 and 9 budlights gets you too drunk to drive. at 9 deep you are most likely saying whatever you want and stumbling into things. it also depends on how fast you drink it. spread out over a full night isnt to bad.

First of all a 17 yr olds shoudn't be drinking.
But to answer your question we really need to know the time span in which the boy drank the budlights.

It depends on : over what period of time were the beers consumed? On average, the human body can eliminate
one beer per hour.
Also, tolerance plays a role in this. If this person consumed nine beers every night, for a long time, they may not 'seem' very drunk.
However,I think the only relevant measurement of 'drunkenness' is blood alcohol content, which tolerance does not affect.

That's under the drinking limit. The legal age for drinking wine and alcohol is 21 and for a guy is 2 cups of wine or 2 cups of beer.

His blood alcohol level would be 0.22
But it also depends a lot on his tolerence. If he is seasoned drinker he might not be all that drunk. But if he is a nwebie to drinking he may be very well under the influence

Omg that is not that much.Its a good bit but it's not overkill. I'm 18,6'4" and would have that amount regularly.I definitely wouldn't be falling all over the place.And I am definitely not fat!But if is your first time or if you're still starting out then you most likely will get sick and feel bad after a while.Start out slow and gain experience.

Legally in the united states he is not allowed to be drinking and can bbe convicted for a minor under the influence. So I can't be for sure how drunk he would be.
