Low Fat Flounder:
It just doesn't get much lighter than this. Flounder and Golden Dipt® Fat Free Lemon Butter Dill Sauce are not only low in fat and calories but taste great, too.
Makes 6 servings.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
1 1/2 pounds flounder* fillets
1/2 cup McCormick® Golden Dipt® Fat-Free Lemon Butter Dill Sauce
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Fresh dill (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish in single layer in shallow baking dish. Pour Sauce evenly over fish.
2. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh dill, if desired.

I have fatty liver disease so have to stay on a low fat diet. I have found that the best way to handle cutting the fat down in your diet is to eat lots of great delicious foods, but learn to think 'fat' and cut it out or cut it down when you prepare some of your favorite recipes. Use fat free salad dressings. They taste great and there's a wonderful variety out there now. Marinate meat in fat free dressings and it tasts wonderful when cooked. Cut back on the amount of meat you eat each day. Fill your plate with lots of wonderful veggies and salads and a nice dish of fruit for desert. Want to splurge on that desert? Add a nice spoonful of low fat whipped topping. Bake a potatoe and leave off the butter. For a topping, use fat free sour cream mixed with onion soup mix, or your favorite dry dip mix. Makes a great potatoe topping. Don't cut good food out of your diet, just cut the fat out of the food you enjoy most.
