im not fat but im not at the size i want to be..wat r the things i could be doing..anything work for u?

Diet and Exercise.
Only eat when your hungry and portion control. Dont eat too much and dont stuff yourself, just enough to keep you full.
Cut down on foods with high calories and drink lots of water throughout the day.

I would recommend that you start eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3 meals like most people do. Try to stay away from carbs., if you find yourself craving for any carbs opt for a vegetable and or a fruit instead. Also to stay in shape try my 5 times a week for a hour of exercise. For the first week, M-W-F I start with 30 mins cardio and 15 mins lower body and then for T-TH upper body for 30 mins then 15 mins extra for abs. The first 5 mins is the warm-up and the last ten minutes is the cool down. And every week I inter-change this exercises. And try not to eat after 6:30 pm... if you are really hungry I'd tell you to eat a vegetable and or a fruit. Try to stay away from carbs... As for Saturdays and Sundays that would be my free days, but don't go loco too much on those days, because they will get caught with you!!! But, before starting any regimen, talk to your doctor about your plans of losing weight...

I cheat now, as my stress level grew I had less time to work out, which was neccessary for me to keep a good weight. Even though I eat right I still gain weight, I took ephedra forever which worked but had some nasty side effects (like death) I am using a fat binder now. here is a link to a review site: http://www.w8lossreviews.com/proactol_details.php
