You don't seem to have any faith in yourself. Don't you know how
great you are? When you set your mind to something you will complete it. Tell yourself that and when you go home from school just go outside and walk and don't look around. Just walk.
When you are a few blocks away look up and see how good you
are feeling about yourself and the fact that you made it. Can you do it for me. I will always come back here and listen. You don't have a problem, really you don't. You just need to tell yourself you can do this and then go for it. You aren't starting over, look at it as continuing on with your life. You will be jogging the next day.
You can do this. Help me help you!

Committing to anything is hard. Do this...Next time you come home, dont even go into the house...set your stuff down and take off on that Jog...You will be proud of yourself..

I 'm facing the same prob as you do. I've aimed to loose a kilo or two but i end up gaining more.My dad says its because i never push everything to the highest limit.I take everything for granted. I never get into relationships because i just can't get myself comitted to someone else.. I've got a suggestion.. think of the good that will come from sticking to ur commitment, ur personal satisfaction is also important.
try making like a lil schedule or something 4 urself

U got the winter blues, spring will be hear soon and promote u
to do more.
winter makes folks this way, so dont get discouraged, this
is all too human.
Just eat an apple and u will motivate better.

You could start by not beating yourself up for not sticking with something! Like they say, if at first you don't succeed, try, try, again!
I have to apply this to my weight loss, or I would never lose any weight!

u sound alot like me.. my problem was i kept telling myself i was going to walk my dog every night after skool and for me i found that hard and i got lonely, so i called up my friend and asked if every night she wanted to walk her dog to with me, after that it became reali easy coz you just need to get ova that first speed hump and get into a ruteen, just puch ur self and be postitive and tell ur slef u can do it if u just keep trying as well as making an effort..
