you need to put the dog back on dry food. your dogs teeth can rott and have tooth decay problems if he is only eating wet. the dry food acts as a natural tooth brush getting off plaque and things like that. if he doesnt like the dry food try a different brand. like Science diet small bites or Iams. No beneful or kibbles and bits, its like feeding your dog twinkies and is only fat and fillers. since you are feeding your dog we it will take a while for your dog to like dry again, so you will need to add alittle bit of dry to the dogs wet and then more and more and less and less wet foor until eventually you dont need so much we anymore. alittle wet is perfectly fine..for taste..just not the whole can.

you can't stpo the gas, my dog does it too. Try not to feed it human food because that little bit can do it too. I recommend you don't feed it wet food. Dry food cleans the dogs teeth. Wet food will make its teeth fall out and rot alot quicker. Dry food scratches its teeth and kinda acts like a tooth brush. So try givinging it only dry food, it might not be as appetizing but it better for the health of your dogs teeth.

I think its best to feed them dry food but if they wont eat it then try to mix a little wet & dry food together. I never would give my dog just wet food because she will get gas and her poop will be runny.

Having 4 dogs, I certainly have tried many ways to control or aid my dogs in digestion. I feed my dogs Pedigree dry, and half can of pedigree beef. I try not to give too many table scraps, and I am consistent in what I feed them. As in humans, and also pets, I don't think they have discovered a cure for GAS, lol! But, again, a consistent diet seems to work for our 4 legged kids.

Wet dog food doesn't have as much nutrition in it as dry food. A lot more cereal and fillers. They poo more when they eat cheap dog food. We NEVER feed our dogs wet food. Well, maybe once or twice a year...like at Thanksgiving or something!
