I am a Christian, but maybe I can help. I will not tell you to pray, since that is not your religion. Do this and it will help you by the power that is within you. Do you know how to put yourself into a mild trance or meditative state? If not take some music that you might have that is soft and soothing and listen to that as you sit in a comfortable chair and get really relaxed. You will allow yourself to relax all of the muscles in your body starting from the feet up.. getting more and more relaxed. Then focus on your breathing and think only of your breathing in and out. Imagine a stream of white light coming down upon the top of your head. It will go down into your spinal cord and send out healing rays to all of the parts of your body that needs to be healed. Know that you are being healed by the Power of the Light and the Power of Love. Feel the warmth of the Light and of the Love surrounding you and bathing you in peace. Know that all will be well, all matter of things will go well tomorrow, and you will become whole by the Power of the Light and the warmth of the Love that is now within you. You can keep it with you for as long as you need. See in your mind yourself after the operation when you are total healed and whole and see yourself doing the things that you love to do. See yourself well. Know it shall be.
Peace. and Blessed Be to you.

I would focus on protection for yourself, wisdom for the doctors, and a swift recovery, (all of those kinda sound like a job for Hermes, if you work with Gods :P) and create your own. Take what you've gotten from other spells and study and put together your own. It means more when it comes from the heart.
A white candle spell might be good, since it is tomorrow, you might not have the time to go out and get all of the supplies you can think of. Just focus on your intent.
Best of luck!

I'd be happy to work something out with you in terms of a spell format, but it would be best to discuss it via email or IM. Off the top of my head, I'd include a prayer to Apollo and the charging of a blue candle with appropriate incenses (I'm guessing you don't have time to put together an amulet).
Alternatively, you might try a simple invocation/blessing that you can chant silently prior to surgery, or while charging a candle or other object:
"The Goddess is above me,
The Goddess is below me,
The Goddess is before me,
The Goddess is behind me,
The Goddess is around me,
The Goddess is within me."

I draw from the Greek pantheon, and would echo PrairieCrow's recommendation to say a prayer to Apollo, for wisdom and skill on the part of the doctors.

I can offer Celtic Pagan insight.
cleanse your home first, remove all negative energy from it. then wear Hematite to promote healing and to reflect any negative energy that may come towards you. Garnet will help to draw positive energy to you and smoky quartz will increase that positive energy.
a Prayer to Grannus (a Celtic god of healing) to ask him to direct this positive energy in the best ways for your recovery would help.
and Nemitonia (goddess of rivers and sacred spaces) can help to purify yourself and help to prevent infection.
after the surgery just take it easy and do what the doc tells you to do.
best wishes
Yogi

In times like that I always call on Archangel Raphael, ask him to watch over you and to make sure the dr does good.

Instead of worrying about spells why don't you spend your energy on recovery instead? Do as the doctor says and trust them.

Then make your own. It will work better for you that way. I burned a white candle with healing herbs for my sister and she recovered in a way we never thought she would. Its all up to you.
