The maid. The chance that some one not from the house did it, is not covered. However, I presume you missed that detail. He could had left by himself, but your question is: who "took" the gay, so some one did it. The chef could be cooking, the driver (limo or bus) could be driving. Even if it was a dark stormy night, the gardener coul had been very busy. And he should be ruled out any way, because you say: "the gardener DIDN'T DO IT" . But the maid couldn't be cleaning corners from a round house. Its not a conclusive proof - she might had been cleaning corners from furniture, etc. But I think its the answer you are looking for.

I think there could be one of 4 answers:
1 The Limo driver did it. He has no alibi. the info accounts for a BUS driver, not a limo driver.
2. Trick question. Just because he lives with these people doesn't mean one of them took him. I live with 5 other people, none of them have kidnapped me!
3. Trick question again. You said that the man went missing, you also said that someone took him. If someone took him, then he's not missing because SOMEONE knows where he is!!!
4. The gardener did it. He was burying the man outside. The house had square/rectangular or any shapes with corners inside and the maid was cleaning those. The chef was working and the limo driver was working!

First of all you started with a limo driver and ended up with a bus driver, then the gardener wouldn't be gardening in a storm or at night,and finall, there are no corners in a round house!!!
