a minimum of 20% of the daily calories should come from fats. the majority of that 20% should be unsaturated fats, some from polyunsaturated fats (omega 3 & 6 fatty acids) and as little saturated fat as possible.

a diet high unsaturated fats will improve the HDL-C:LDL-C ratio which is essential for the prevention of cardiovascular disease.

Carbohdrate: 4 calories / gm
protein: 4 calories / gm
fat: 9 calories / gm

if you're on healthy weight you need 2500-3000 calories a day to maintain weight and it is recommended that you have about the same amount of gms in protein per pounds of body weight and keeping the same ratio on meals with carbs. You might want to add fibre which is about 4 cals per grams. and try having the unsaturated fat (healthy fat) if you want to add in your meals.

Deduce away my friend.
