Yes it does. A really good lotion to use is Vaseline Intensive Care-Total Moisture. It hydrates and replinishes with vitamin E and minerals.The best time to put moisturizer on is immediately when you get done bathing because your pores are more open and it will work better.

No dry dermis is a dermis type. the quantity of water you drink won't exchange this. Moisturizers do nonetheless. Get a non-comodegenic one from a dermatologist and your dermis wont be so dry!

it helps, but keep moisture in the air in your home, boil some water put pinch of salt and sit near neat source.

drinking water does moisturize skin, and can also result in clear, and acne free skin. use some kind of vasaline based lotion to moisturize. it works. i use it on my elbows and knees.

it helps. you should use neutrogena norwegian formula moisturizer. it was supposedly made for norwegian fishermen during the winter. who knows? but it really works!

why dont you just get some good lotion? jergens? olay? EQUATE?
