Tell them that your stomach hurts a lot that way they cant tell by facts if your lying or not only by your acting.

You can't, you don't need to, and why would you want to stay home anyway? The best place for you to be, is in school. There, you will learn, not at home. If you become smart enough, then maybe you could convince them to believe you don't need to go. Don't forget your lunch, and homework on your way out the door!
