Today i wasn't feeling good all day but i went to school on the way home from school it was storming and then lightning flashed and then everything went black. My friend was with me she said i passed out or something like that i was wondering what would cause that and do i need to see a doctor for it.

could you be pregnant? if not please let your parents know what happened it could be serious, you may need to eat better,get some blood work done to see if your anemic

U may have mild flu symtoms, the doc can swab your nose to
see if u got the flu and give u tampaflu medicine.
Could just be the weather, if u got the flu , stay in bed a week.

yes, you definitely need to see a doctor, unless you can think of a reason that might have caused this.
