Why am I hearing click sound from start navigation sound.?

I went to control panal. Then to sound speech and audio. to sound tab. and found the click noise on start navigation. How to make it stop when I'm not even on computer

Click on the start navigation to select it. Then click on the drop down menu and select none. I would be concerned about about what is attempting to start navigation while you are not using your computer.

turn off all windows sound. in the sound in the control panel.

this will not deactive your sounmd, just your navigation sound.
