Today, while sitting in traffic and having so many other drivers cutting me off and being just plain rude.. I thought about how much God loves me and I smiled :-)

Today is my sweet husband's 54th birthday. He makes me smile everyday. He has a wonderful sense of humour, plus we had the kids and the grandbaby over to celebrate! He is my everyday gift! xx

What? That was too stinking funny. I haven't had much to smile about today, just another long, stressful day at work. Glad you had a better day than I did.

My son told me the story of Daniel in the lion's den. Aparently the "bad guys didn't like Daniel, so they threw him on a pile of lions". I asked him what happened then. He said "He said his prayers and the lions didn't eat him in their mouths".
And then my daughter has found her dinosaur voice...a deep growl coming from a two-yr-old. Pretty funny!

My Son Always makes me smile. Especially tonight when it snowed and he begged to go play in it. The innocence and wonder of a child is amazing. They can play in the snow for hours and the cold doesn't seem to bother them. Thanks for asking!

The penguin quote is cute.
I visited my little sister today (we have a HUGE age difference between us; she's 4) and she asked me if she could live with me at my college.
I'm like: "...er.......maybe next time....."
I broke my heart to see her cry.

The innocent laughter of my children oblivious to all the terrible things going on around us in the world today. Wouldn't it be nice to be that innocent again?
