DO NOT FEED: chocolate, avacado, caffine, fruit seeds or pits.

Parrots love love love human food and eating with humans is a good bonding experience. Watch to make sure what you let them nibble is not too salty such as potato chips. When it comest to fresh/human food its best to feed them fruit, vegetables, whole wheat items.

Apple seeds, onions, mushrooms, caffeine, alcohol, chocolate, avacado, and be careful if you have teflon pans, that you never burn them - the fumes are toxic to birds.
