Was your hair like that before? Was it like that after you washed and fixed it yourself? It seems like alot of people will go in for a trim, and not get all the damaged ends trimmed off, because they dont want to lose the length. That's perfectly understandable, but not the stylist's fault. You can overdry your hair, and that will make it blown out on the ends. Use some extra conditioner. If that doesn't help, go get it trimmed. Bleach is harsh, if it is left on too long, it can really dry your hair out, and even make it break off.

Could be.. I burnt some my hair by mistake with my hairdryer and the ends felt really dry and frizzy. Also the smell was horrible. The only way to fix the frizzy burnt ends would be to get a hairdresser to cut them out.

Has your hair been trimmed in awhile, you may need to get those ends off, also blow drying is bad for your hair. Try not to blow dry it much, this and a haircut and good conditioner should help.

I use to use bleach to put highlights in my hair and it did the same thing. I don't know weather you used bleach or not. But after my hair started doing that i went to a stylist she put some stuff in it and had me sit under the dryer for 20 min. And then she had to cut some hair off. Then she gave me some cream to put in it after i washed it at home. Hope this helps

The next time you go, tell them you have damaged hair, and they'll give you a strengthening shampoo, and turn down the heat on the dryer. Also, if you go to Walmart, they have leave in conditioners for weak or breaking hair, try some!
