well i asked her out and she said i'll think about it and then after a week her friends told me she said no. But after that whole thing she began to be really shy around me and we don't really talk anymore. she looks at me alot during class and turns away when i look. did she say no to hide that she liked me? she also trys to get my attention alot. i'm just not sure what to think anymore. does she like me?what should i do?

Definitely talk to her. Communication is the key to any relationship, no matter the type of relationship. Don't take the word of her friends, because it is possible that they lied for some reason, or are even jealous. Who knows? If you talk to her, you may come out of it with a great relationship. If nothing else, you can establish a friends relationship with her that may develop into more with time. Just be careful that you are not over-interpreting the signals that hse is sending you. Wel thats hard, girls can be very confusing sometimes. Maybe she does like you but was to shy to say no. Try asking her your self and talk to her about it. When ever a girl tries to get attention from a boy it means she defanetily likes him.Also if she says no tell her that maybe next time she should get the guts to face you herself and say no. But try talking to her, if you really like her don't let her escape.Also, sometimes when you ask so suddenly it changes things alot because then girls feel diffrent around the boy, now that they know that he likes her it's harder to talk to eachother.Try finding out if she likes you first ( next time)

here's where you went wrong. you listened to her friends. you need to ask her in person. they could've lied. or she could've been embarressed. talk to her alone. she may be uncomfortable with a change the relationship. she most likely does like you. so talk to her again and see what happens. just be honest. girls love that. good luck

she probably likes you but didn't wanna be 'uncool' by saying yes so soon to a date. talk to her. the fact is she probably doesn't know how to talk to you anymore cos she feels this 'date thing' might have put a barrier in your friendship. talk to her.
