Chocolate is actually good for you believe it or not, as it is full of antioxidants, however excessive consumption of it can result in some weight being put on. As for your skin the chocolate itself doesnt give you bad skin, its your diet all together. Fatty foods and not excersising or drinking plenty of water can make your skin lack moisture, block your pores therefore giving you a very dull and dry complexion. If you are refering to acne or pimples, chocolate causing them is an absolute myth. Acne and pimples are caused by your hormones and the diet you eat. Not by chocolate. So by all means eat all the chocolate you want, dark chocolate is best as its less fatty, but try not to overdo it as it will probably end up on your butt.

Hi there'
from the information that i received from my teenagers dermatologist- every thing is based on what skin type that you have.
i have a daughter that can eat chocolate and it does nothing to her,but i have a son that can not eat chocolate and if he does, than it breaks him out very bad. he will get pimples the size of your thumb. you really should know what type of skin that you have and go from there.

"So how does chocolate affect our skin? While it was once thought that chocolate triggers acne, researchers are now finding that it doesn’t. But, while chocolate might not cause acne the sugar in chocolate can certainly aggravate it and making things worse. Sugar can also cause skin to look dull and wrinkled in time since it destroys the flexibility and density of the collagen in our skin."

Chocolate doesn't cause pimples, but oily skin does.
Keep you skin clean and your chance of pimples is greatly reduced.
