I'm leaving out of town next Monday. What items are not allowed on an airplane?

This is as far as carry on items. are liquids not allowed on an airplane?

Here is a list of prohibited and permitted items from the Transportation Safety Administration.

Airline regulations may be more strict than TSA regulations, but for most travellers - those not carrying radioactive isotopes or anything like that - the TSA restrictions are the applicable rules.

Mike R gave you the best answer. Look at the TSA website for specifics. Pretty much anything sharp and all liquids are prohibited unless in 3oz or less bottles and in a clear, 1qt. ziploc bag. Medicines with the prescription label with your name are allowed.

Oh yes I know exactly what is not allowed..my bro just left and he had a lot of trouble..well u cant have any lotions, no medicine, no razers no perfumes nothing except like ur wallet ur cell hone and like things that are not dangerous! Hope that helps!!

knives of any kind, scissors, guns, ANYTHING liquid must be in a 3 ounce container in a 1 quart ziplock bag....

a shorter list would be what IS allowed.
Best thing to do would be to call the airline and ask. Im sure they have a pre recorded message about it.

nail clippers, scissors, pocket knifes, guns, some liquids are not allowed, etc.
