No they shouldn't what has the world come to when we recognize a guys impotence. Or maybe "HALF STAFF" is a good idea .

Not if you live in AMERICA. Support your country! American flags are for American holidays. If you want to celebrate other countries holidays do it yourself and please don't push it on everyone else and anyways I don't think I believe you that they are having a "National Impotence Day".
