He has four vets,accupuncture,massages,hydrotherapy,vitamins and other supplements. Pretty much the best care that he can get. I wanted to know what else could I do? He has come with me everywher since he was a puppy. He has a bike trailer,a wagon and a trailer for my riding mower. He goes to the beach twice a week, goes walking twice a day. I just wanted to know what else could be done.

WOW, good 4 u, there needs 2 be more people like that in the world. All I have 2 say is keep up the good work and enjoy every moment with him. I have a 17 year old german shephard mix and he is doing great, I just appreciate the time I have with him and try 2 keep him comfy and happy : ) Good Luck!

In my next life, I want to be your dog..... Seriously, though, make sure all 4 vets are aware of ALL his treatments, and having blood work done every 6 to 12 months at his age as a health screen is an EXCELLENT idea, as you can pick up so many things early enough to intervene this way. Because they can't tell you when they feel bad.

He is a very old dog and it appears he is geting the best of care, I really don't think there is anything more you cold do to improve his quality of life.
