I have never measured mine... but look at this...

The seed spitting championship. Hawkers of all ages line up for a chance to beat the Guinness Book World Record and take home $1,000. The standing record is 68 feet and 9 1/8 inches set by Luling local Lee Wheells in 1989.

not so far..i tried that and i think it landed just a few inches..now by rock skipping ability is another story!
