foot size?

my foot size changes. i am a size 8, but in the winter i can fit into my sister's size 6 shoes, but in the summer i can't. the smallest size i can wear in the summer is like a 7 1/2. my dad says that feet size never changes, but it does for me! why is that?

Don't think it's your feet, it's the shoes and how there made.I am a size 8 and some shoes I try on are either too small or too big.
