Theres this girl I really like but I'm not sure if she feels the same. The first time I asked her out she said someone already asked her out. The second time she told me she had dance classes. The third she told me she had a tutor. This was one year ago now when I talk to her she smiles at me, speaks in a nice tone, and always greets me first when she sees me.
I know for a fact she didn't lie because she kept bragging about her dance classes and our class was so hard you needed a tutor. But thats besides the point.

OK, so you asked her out and she said NO.
Twice it was NO.
Thrice it was NO.
You asked her 3 times and got the same response, think on this for a moment:
if someone really wanted to go out with you, wouldnt they make the time (no such thing as being too busy)?
when she said NO or gave some excuse, did she at include an assurance that it can be done at another time?
She is telling you something: she likes you as a friend and that is it, and she will not say it bluntly to you because she doesnt want to hurt your feelings or be the ogre.
she already knows your intentions very clearly, trust me...three requests is too much, two at most before you move on.

Honey, you sound like a really sweet guy, and she sounds like a nice girl. And that is just what she is being - nice.
She has had three chances to say yes and has politely declined every one.
Why not continue to treat her as the friend she obviously is and accept that that is how it will be?
Friends are just as important as girlfriends and will always be there for you - and i think she's lucky to have friend like you.

Maybe you should just ask her if you should keep asking her if she wants to go out. If you have asked 3 times and she has said no, you can tell her the ball is in her court. You don't want to be a bother, but if she is interested then you should keep at it.

dude if she liked you she would ditch her **** and go with you or she would give you a time that was good for her. Read her actions not what she says. Actions speak louder than words and girls are lie more than guys fact.

to make it for certain don't give her flowers or chocolates
give her a stuffed animal that doesn't make any noise. those can get annoying. u will know if she things ur cute or a "hottie magee" when she walks up to you and hugs u a lot. good luck and happy valentines day!

She might like you but girls can be tricky so the best thing would be to ask her, I know it's hard but coming right out and asking will probably be best

It's possible she does but it also sound like she is busy whenever you ask her to go out. Ask her if she likes you period and take it from there.

If she wanted to date you, she would say "I have a tutor BUT I'm free TOMORROW night."
