what phone is it and what computer do you have? Does your phone have bluetooth or infrared or come with a cable. Does your computer have a bluetooth or anfrared port?

A USB connection lead and the software, usually 'Mobile Phone Tools' from BVRP. You might also need some drivers from the phone manufactures website.
