Actually you have to do lots of things. Cardio exercises is good for burning layers of fat that covers your abs.

Another things is wight training. It is best to drive your strength from your core muscle, to help it grow.

SIt up and crunches should be good as a resistance training regime. MIx it up nicely for different parts (Upper and lower abs, obliques).

stability training like the plank should work those deeper muscles to strengthen your abs, thus making your six pack show more.

better diet and good rests in between exercises are also crucial for growth, because your muscle don't grow during exercises.

they actually have a thing where the doctor can take your fat and put it into a "form" like the 6 pack...but sit ups would be the best bet

or some cardio...

but you can't want something without putting forth some effort...
