Oatmeal! Quaker instant ones are really good and the calories range from 130-170. Fruit is definitely a good choice. Danon light and fit yogurt (60cals) and some Special K (or any cereal of your cohice) cereal bits (1/2 cup 55 calories) mixed together its really good! A fruit smoothie? One banana, some frozen fruits (you can buy them in a bag), and V8 Diet Splash (10 calories a cup) in a blender. Breakstones doubles cottage cheese (130 cals). These are some of my "diet" breakfasts.

-1 slice of wholemeal toast with a thin spreading of butter & 1 small apple & 2 cups of green tea
OR
- 1 low fat yoghurt (preferably one around with a 200g weight and about 100kals) with 1 small banana and 2 cups of green tea.
I normally go for option 2 minus the banana. Good luck!

A glass of pure fruit juice, bananas, yogurt, low-calorie muesli with skimmed milk, fresh fruit salad with few spoonfuls of low fat yogurt, fresh and raw veggies mixed with flavored yogurt, a slice of toast or plain bread with eggs, boiled or poached are some of the options for breakfast. Smoothie with their favorite fruits; add dash of yogurt or honey to make it more delicious.

most cereals with skim milk. or instant oatmeal. very very few calories. very few. if youre gonna eat any fat during the day you are better off eating it for breakfast as oppose to lunch or dinner. your body burns off most of the fat you eat in the morning during the case. most of the fat you eat in the evening is turned into fat tissue.
