A girl has to have a great personality. You should get him alone and tell him how you feel about him and ask about his feelings towards you.

attraction is a chemical thing, its not a personality compatibility, common liking of stuff and so on.
its either there or its not.
each person will look at another and will know if that chemical reaction occurs or not: kind of like having hot flashes, its not a common occurence and it cant be triggered because you like the same interests.
