How can I tell if my coworker has feelings for me?

Please help! I need as much real advice as possible. I have feelings for him, but I can't tell if he feels the same way. He's always kind and considerate, but he's like that with everyone. However, during staff meetings I feel like he's gazing at me but trying to be slick about it. Are there other signs that I should be looking for? Help. . .
