Burn fossil fuel and free up more co2 so the plants will grow faster.
The humanoids will multiply and use up all the water to grow biofuel and there will not be enough biofuel once the oil is gone and the humanoids will fight over the limited supply of water and take care of the problem. Once the humanoids population stabilizes everything will be ok. Be warned there is not enough fresh water to grow enough biofuel to meet the wants of the humanoid life forms.
