Cerdit card problem/ HELP!?

Question

I have only 3 dollars left in my card but currently i cannot add fund in to my card.
Can pay an item which is 10USD now even i do not have enough money in my card and will they charge me????

i mean, charge me service fee.
i m using MAstercard

If it's a prepaid card, you will not be able to charge more than the current balance on the card.

If it's a regular credit card, it's up to the card issuer if they want to approve the overcharge or not. For seven dollars, they would probably approve it, but you will be charged their over-the-limit fee, usually $25 or more.
