I am 160 pounds and about 5 10, and i am kinda shy but i have low self esteem i dont know what to do i just dont think girls like me.

Firstly, your appearance is of little importance... as long as you don't smell like you haven't washed for a year, you don't touch people inappropriately or insult them with every other sentence you utter, you've got about as much of a chance of finding a partner as any other person on the planet... when you're single it seems that there's someone for everyone, so there must be someone for you!!!!
To combat your low self esteem, think about things that really interest you, things that you know a lot about and then simply share your interest with others, there will be someone who shares your views out there and before you know it you'll feel better about yourself and may have forged a connection with someone.
Basically, just be yourself, unashamedly, and be open to communicating with others... sometimes just saying hello can be the start of a relationship!

First of all , you should work on your self-esteem . If you don't like yourself who will like you? Girls, also experience self esteem issues and the way we deal with them is we learn to accept who or what we are. Don't dwell on your flaws and learn to focus on your positive side . Not all girls go for the stunning macho man guy. We know that there is more than what meets the eye.I personally would like a guy who is hardworking, honest, trust worthy , loving , funny and intelligent. .It also would help if you have good grooming habits . Have you ever had a girlfriend? Or do you have friends who are girls?Maybe they can also give you some insights on what you need to work on. Hope this helps!

Well if you think they won't, they won't. Try to be more positive and more confident in yourself. All the things you might see as faults in you, there is a girl out there who sees them as virtues. Girls pick up on confidence and self worth. Work on both of those things and you'll find that meeting girls and talking to them comes a lot easier.

A LOT of girls love guys who are shy and honest. Be yourself but be modest dont try taking it to fast get into it slowly. I remember one time i dated a guy who was A BIG waste of my time, he definitely didnt act like a gentlemen. THEN i met this guy who was really sweet and it was definitely attractive that he was subtle about his flirting in a way i could tell he wouldnt take advantage of me. We are still together and it was definitely a good choice. So just be you and have fun with it.

Okay...well you need to be confident. You need to feel confident in yourself and carry yourself confidently. Girls are more attracted to a guy that has confidence in themselves. Girls are already paranoid about how they look and what they're wearing...they don't want a guy that will be worrying about the same things. You need to take a look at yourself and work out what your attributes are and show these off!! Get a trendy new shirt or something and just forget your insecurites...be confident.

First off you don't mention how old you are. Girls like older guys so maybe you should date a younger girl only a year or 2 but not if you are over 18

drop the insecurity of girls not liking you, girls actually dislike guys that got no self-esteem or confidence...
seriously who would want someone that fidgets, cant look them in their eye, turns away a girl's smile, and is predictable?
they want a nice guy who is fun and strong
what they mean by nice:
listens to what they have to say, can communicate, respects them
what they mean by strong (muscles help but thats not what they mean):
confident, can shrug off their tantrum fits like nothing, makes decisions, can say NO (in another words, not a wussy YES-man)

do you like these girls that like you? If so, first try something simple like introducing yourself to them. if you are to shy for this. find out what types of things they like to do , maybe an after school sports or their favorite hang outs(DON'T STALK) just observe then maybe you can coincidentally, join the same clubs,teams, or hang out in the same spots. Trust me there is a girl out there just dieing to meet you. girls are much more aggressive in this day and age.s so if spotted in these places they are sure to strike up a conversation with you. just show them your charming smile along with a little head nod.

Girls like sensitive, polite, and confident guys.
Work on building up your self esteem and tell yourself you deserve to feel good about yourself.
