Try different things. I can't tell you how many jobs I've tried, how many "ministries" in the church. If you truly seek & not just ASK, but seek by doing, God will show you.

Passion is not usually hidden, though it can appear after we start using a gift for the first time. Gifts can come at different times in our life, i've only just discovered an incredible gift that i have, in my mid 30s and its created a passion in me as it grows and grows. God led me toward it I believe I know from the unusual way that it happened. Just keep stepping and keep asking and you will eventually step in the right direction.

There are lots of ways.
I have taken some spiritual gift assessments or inventories. You can find some online. These are nice, but they are not authoritative. To borrow from "the Matrix": Having a gift is like being the One. No one can tell you that you have it, you just know it...balls to bone. The nice thing about them is that they can tell you about gifts that you didn't think were gifts at all. If you don't have an obvious gift like preaching or teaching, it can be encouraging to know that working with kids or cooking for a group of people is a gift.
Talk to those who know you best. They may be able to tell you about your strengths that really helped them out or they admire. That could be a gift.
Most of all 1 Corinthians 12 (and 13) tells us to desire the greater gifts. You can develop gifts. Pray for them, and don't limit yourself to just one passion or gift. You'd just be short-changing yourself.
Good luck.

I have a passion that is not god given. What's the difference? If this passion do not single out just a certain religious people, would it be more passionate?

Beyond earthly explanation, that thing you must do is your passion.
