Design proponents, would the designer do anything to deceive his creation?

Here you are presented with two independent experimental confirmations of evolution to which the only logical design argument is that god is deceitful.

chdoctor, can you demonstrate that those who deny evolution are not deceiving themselves?

Matt, what if all I want is the truth? Why am I hung out to dry? And don't tell me that the bible is the truth. I am talking about the observable truth which, according to your, has been tampered with by God in order to fool people.

In ways, yes. He allows the disbeliever enough room and doubt if he wants to. God doesnt deprive people of what they want in life typically and if what they want is separation from God, he gives them that! Unfortunately we all know the consequences of dying in our sins and separated from God.

By the way there is an alternative way to explain the gene simliarities. Lets say youre God, where and when did you design humanity? In Heaven right? i could just imagine him in his creation lab if such a thing exists for him designing all creatures great and small as well as the entire universe and plants and animals. I theorize that God went through and made THE DESIGN for all animals all at once in Heaven going animal by animal. I believe that is why they show similarities and even why they have some of the same features in their genes. So God leaving off by creating apes, he probably asked himself "OK which classification is mankind going to fit into" insect? no! fish? no! invertabrate? no! bird? no! amphibian? no! 4 legged mammal? no! FOr some reason God perhaps decided that apes were going to be the template from which mankind would be designed. So even though we didnt evolve from them, God borrowed a few of the designs already used in other animals.

Therefore when the atheist looks at the evidence, hes looking for confirmation of his beliefs and he sees it in such DNA evidence. We all see what we want to see so if God is trying to be decietful, WHY IS IT ONLY ATHEISTS ARE FALLING FOR IT??!?!?! Like I said, God gives the unbeliever the ability and space and working room for Satan to take him away, IF he wants to. But these silly things the believer doesnt believe to begin with and doesnt allow to ruin his faith or place in Heaven.

Humans are so good at deceiving themselves, that they don't need God to do this. If anything, He allows those who deceive themselves to reap the natural consequences of their own deceit.

By the way, have you guys found archaeological evidence for the missing links between monkeys and men, or have a century's worth of atheistic presuppositions caused you to assume such theories are indisputable facts?

I have always wonder how creationists explain this.

The entire universe, from geology to cosmology, indicate an old earth and old universe.

Either god is deceiving us, or the universe and earth are old.
