Brunettes hair always look healthier than blondes, i would stay brunette, and perhaps have a change and add a bit of purple or red instead, that's what they are all having in the salon nowadays!!!!

It's up to you though it's your hair and you know what suits ya!!!

All the best!!

Highlights are always good, it's almost fool-proof. The only precaution I give you: don't pick a color that is totally fake and will easily be noticed. Go 1-2 shades lighter than your natural color and you will look gorgeous. I do my highlights every 3-5 months no matter what season it is. I always do some shade of golden blonde (since I too am a brunette), but a while ago I had almost platenium highlights (bad experience), and now that they have faded quite a bit it blends really well with all of the highlights that I have so I would do it anytime you want a change. Highlights look good on just about anyone.

I agree, I was a bottle blonde for a while too, then I dyed my hair brown and I realized how much sexier and prettier it is. Instead of being average and putting a couple of highlights in your brown hair, I suggest being bold and deepening the shade and making it a dark warm color. I pomise you'll look amazing. Also pair that with black eyeliner and bronzer, guys will swoon!

Highlights, especially round the face can help brighten up a look and add a bit of life to dull hair.

A few highlights would accent your hair color! but make sure you dont put too much and you dont choose a color thats many shades different from you natural hair color because its all about making your hair look natural and cute.
