the belief in god is not a belief if u believe god is natural, supernaturalisms belief is based on the fact of uncertainty pertaining to existence. if we are not supposed to understand "god" how it works or even what it is. then its just as athiest to say god exists as it is to say there is no god. its as if a flat 2 dimensional object was trying to understand the third dimension. its uncomprehendable, correct? if we are not supposed to understand god rather believe solely based on faith as far as asking if "god exists" the answer whether negative or affirmative implicity denies the nature of god. so is it even relevant to ask that question? an admission to the existence of god defeats the idealogy of "faith"

Huh? I realize that you are trying to sound all intelligent here but God is very simple. He exists. He made us in His image. We do not have His intelligence. It's been scientifically proven that we use less than 10% of our brains. How then can we assume we can "logically" reason God away? There is a reason that we don't know it all & that's because God wants us to CHOOSE to love Him. What kind of satisfaction would you personally get from a relationship with another person if that person had no choice but to love you? Just because our simple minds cannot "figure it out" doesn't mean that God is not real. The real question should be "why do we want to make things so complicated?"

Yes if we are so below God we can only parrot the Bible word by word we cannot speculate in any way shape or form because then we are acting God like which is impossible because we cannot possibly understand anything about God.

Faith doesn't necessitate that the object trusted does not exist. I trust my fingers to type this response, but that doesn't mean that my fingers don't also exist in reality. Just because a person believes something, this doesn't make the object of their faith a logical impossibility.

of course He does.
even Satan knows that.
atheism is a temporary malady.
do you not understand that everyone who has ever lived and denied the existance of God will believe there is a God someday? you will have no choice in the matter! talk about feeling foolish?

We know God through His Son Jesus. We know there is a God through the empty tomb.
