the location is in alaska but i dont want it to belike a prison. i want them to have recreation and other things you can do just like if they where out in the general population.

I think that this would be a bad idea, simply because both women and men can be sexual predators. They already have something in common, so why not get together? And if they do, and they have kids, that wouldn't be a safe community for them to be in.
If there were a clause or going there was not mandatory, I could see that this might work. I would just be worried about children being exposed to this community, is all.

What I would do is just tell it like it is. State the facts and make sure you get the point across. A good opening few sentences would be: "Sexual predators don't need to be put back in thier communities. They shouldn't be out in public at all! I say we find a way to 'simulate' a community so that they don't go crazy." But those are just my two cents, and now I've got two points. Take my advice, or don't. Your call.

Having their own community in Alaska, sounds like a great idea as long as the community is surrounded by POLAR BEARS!!
Or, if you don't agree with the polar bear part then how about an
electrified fence!!! These people can never be rehabilitated-----are you nuts!!!!!!!!!

well i think that would be best cause some of the predators dont change from exprience so they do need to be put awayfor awhile to learn their lessons real good

I would be thankful for anything that would keep them out of soc.they could work on a rock pile or watch movies all day .just keep them doing it.
