Can sour cream be used under a topping on a pizza, should it contain something other than just by it self, or will it become runny when the pizza is baking?

I have used sourcream in recipes that are cooked like white sauce enchiladas and I think it turns out fine.

use one of those jars of alfredo sauce instead. I don't know how well sour cream would do on a pizza...

Sour cream on pizza..YUCK. Try ricotta.

I think it'll get runny.Cuz,when u put it on a hot burrito,taco,ect..it gets runny.But,put it on top of yur pizza after it's finished.I do that.It's great!!
