I am a Dental assistant and I am looking for a school that offers X-rays courses to oftain the X-ray Licence in Los Angeles or Monterey Parck CA or somewhere close too it.

Try a local or community college, they may offer it. Didn't you get your certification when you were in College?

I'm guessing that since you have decided to be a dental assistant, you have taken some sort of course in dental assisting. Usually, the institutions offering these courses also give information as to the location and manner in which to obtain an x-ray license which you need to take x-rays legally.

Call the Department of Environmental Protection in CA. This is the agency that deals w/ radiological issues and licenses. They will send you a list of accredited schools in your state.
