Please don't include energy drinks coffee etc beacuse most most drinks or pills will get your energy level up but it will also bring it even more down.

The best things to do are: 1)Sleep, 2) Eat, 3) exercise, and 4)Power Nap.

Carbs generally give you energy for the following day. Drink plenty of water, get atleast 8 hours of sleep every night, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and exercise.
