one of my clasest friends likes me and gonna ask me out. i like him A LOT as afriend but i dont like like him, u no wat i mean. and i wanna say no but i wanna say yes cuz hes soooo nice and sweet plus i dont want to break his heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no way around it, his heart is going to get broken. You need to tell him now, later will only give him false hope, that there is more to come. That would be more cruel. I feel for you, but you should not let him have this false hope, it will ruin his future, and his outlook on women

Well I just told a good guy friend of mine that I like him and he had to tell me he likes me as a friend only. What he did was tell me he cares way to much about our friendship to become a couple and take the chance of ruining our friendship it helped to hear him put it in that way. You cant help how you dont feel about him so dont feel bad its better to be honest then to lie and lead him on just to not hurt his feelings thats not a good idea at all. Just tell him you love him like a friend and your sorry but you dont feel the same way back and you care about him as a friend. Good luck

you have to say no. if you cant see a future behind it, then dont lead him on like that. if you agree on a relationship with your best friend, and you are not into it as he is, then thats just unfair. let him know that you like him as a friend, but would like to keep it that way. he will be a little dissapointed, but tis better than him being lied to just to make him feel better : P God bless you none the less!

since you dont like him as he likes you then say no, but tell him you want to be friends, if he's a true friend then he'll accept, if not then hes an as-hole

try saying to him i like you but only as a friend i am sorry. and if he starts to act really sad you could say something like you are just one of my friends nothing more nothing less. the nothing less part makes them realize that you do care about them just don't want to go out

either you tell him no now and hurt him some. or you can be like a girl at my school and shatter his heart when you say yes and the relationship doesn't work
