It means that wisdom comes from God and morals are based on His absolutes. Without these two, greed, hatred and stupidity will not be overcome.

Believe and live by your moral beliefs.....see the world through a new set of glasses, in other words
BE KIND AND GIVING
LIVE BY YOUR MORALS
THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK
BE OPENMINDED TO YOUR INNER SELF
IF YOU LIVE BY THIS....IF THE WORLD LIVED BY THIS CAN YOU IMAGINE THE TRUE ENDING TO HATRES, GREED AND STUPIDITY?
