Condition: state of physical or mental conditions.
Disease:an unhealty condition caused by bacteria or infection
Disorder: an Illness
Syndrome: A combination of signs and symptoms that indicate a particular disease:
There are only slight differences they are all related in a medical sense to your physical or mental state..
Disease and syndrome are connected as a syndrome indicates a type of disease, as is condition to this as it would state the condition you where in due to the other two, as is disorder as it is a typpe of Illness which the other three tell you the symptoms off.....
Hope this helps there isnt really much difference between them only in their meanings.......

condition- anything from a cold to a headache..something passing
Syndrome- a known condition that lasts and runs a course much like epstein barr, where it is treated over a long period of time and can manifest itself in many ways.
Disease- a known process where a body system or functiuon is known to have known process where it is breaking down and treatment may be rendered much like cancer.
Disorder- a condition or malfunction of the body that is caused by a known or unknown cause and is treated by treating the symptoms, ususlly it is ongoing like a blood disorder like essential thrombocytosis.

sickness and sickness are fairly a lot a similar. sickness many times refers to psychiatric ailments notwithstanding it is fairly a lot historic. Syndrome many times refers to a gaggle of syndromes and not using a wide-spread underlying reason (for AIDS - it is probable a historic call).
