Try cleaning your face and then put some rubbing alcohol or toothpaste on the blemish~ this will help to dry up all the bacteria

Remember do not touch it or try to "pop" it, you will only make it worse and could end up scaring your skin

First you just need to chill. The more you stress, the worse your skin will look. You should put a hot compress over the zit to help open your pores. Wait and see if it has a head. If it has a head, then put peroxide solution on the spot with a q-tip. This will bubble and help get the dirt and oils out. After it's bubbled, wash your face gently with a face soap. You will just have to apply a topical solution during the day. Let the spot air out at night. Also, drink plenty of water to help flush impurities out of your system. Please be patient. It will go away faster that way! Don't touch it during the day or pop it. And make sure your hair is out of the way.

Like you I had really bad acne so I started using Proactive. My roomate is the same and she uses Acnefree from Walmart. They both work really well but I like proactive better because it doesn't feel on weird on my face.
