Yes. I always question my sanity. I've come to believe that once I start being "normal" I'll have a serious problem. Notice whenever they find a new serial killer everyone describes them as "just a normal person." No one ever sees it coming. Enjoy your insanity. It's probably the only thing keeping you sane. :D LOL

All the time, my doc told me that is what draws the line between people who are crazy and aren't. Crazy people don't doubt their sanity useually, they just assume they are correct in the way they look at the world. And if you think about it it makes sence.

I'm sure everyone does. Mental illness exists on a spectrum. It's only when emotions and thoughts become pervasive and inhibit functioning, do they become problematic.
