Write him a note in which you spell out every word.... consonants AND vowels... also try not to use contractions, smileys, or doodles. Do NOT dot your "i's" with little hearts. Use no hanging participles or misplaced pronouns.
Tell him of your love (or lust), and how attractive he is to you without using any form of the word hot. Tell him what you appreciate that he appreciates in you. Ask him wait until you are ready to kiss...
He'll be amazed that you have a brain. I think you will be very plz'd with the results.
