My mom has always used this one
For every one dozen cookies
1 1/2 cups flour
1 egg
1/3 cup butter
3 Tbs water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 bag of chocolate morsels melted
1/4 bag of cocunut

Set your oven to 375 and mix everything together. Roll the cookies into a ball and stick your finger in each to make a hole then place the coconut inside the hole. Bake for 20-30 minutes each dozen. Enjoy!

get a choco cookie recipe. Then lay out the cookie dough in little piles. Put the coconut in the middle of the piles, then wrap them up into spheres. Bake.

Just buy some chocolate chip cookie dough and press some fresh coconut (buy it by the bag) into the center and bake!
